How To Recharge MTNL Broadband Prepaid Online


Customer can  recharge his broadband account by following procedures-
  1. First open http://register.mtnldelhi.in
  2. Login with username and password(default username= telephone number, default password=CA number )  .
  3. There is a link for Renew account click on that
  4. Enter the 16 digit serial no. and pin no. as printed on Coupons (Pin Number shall be displayed after carefully scratching the same)
  5. Click on preview*.
  6. A confirmation message will display the balance & validity as applicable.

* if the preview is not showing please dont recharge, try another browser or computer.

MTNL Increases Local Call & SMS Rates

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL), finally increased Local Call & SMS Rates  3G Jadoo Pay Per Minute.Own N/W ( From 20p/Min to 30p/Min) mobile customers Delhi in Delhi telecom circle, effective from today ie. 1st July 2012.



1. No conversion charges for migration of CDMA Post-paid connection to CDMA Prepaid connection.


2. Revision of  Local Call Charges in the following Prepaid Plan :


    3G Jadoo Pay Per Minute.Own N/W ( From 20p/Min to 30p/Min) 


Note : 1. Monthly Plan 185 is to be closed on 01.07.2012 


3. Revision of  Local Call Charges in the following Postpaid Plans :


 1. Super Value -----Own N/W(From 20p/min to 30p/min) 


 2. Super Freedom.Own N/W(From 20p/min to 30p/min) and Other N/W(From 40p/min to 50p/min) 


 3. Plan C------------Other N/W(From 40p/min to 50p/min) 


4. Increase in Local SMS rates to Rs 0.50/-SMS on all network from Rs 0.25/SMS, in all Post paid & Pre paid tariff. 


   Existing customers shall be protected for 6 months. 


   New activations shall enjoy 50% discount on the increased tariff for 6 months .


5. CRM updation of Friends and Family Nunbers will be allowed once per month only.

Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), the largest broadband service provider of Delhi and Mumbai today announced the launch of 4 New Unlimited Prepaid Broadband/Internet Plans starting from Rs. 275  specially tailored for for low-end Internet users in Delhi telecom circle.
MTNL’s new Unlimited Prepaid Broadband/Internet plans are – PP UL data Rs. 449 -Combo, PP-UL-Data 449-Combo-Annual (Rs.4499), Power Connect-275 and Power Connect-3025. All plans provides True Unlimited Broadband/Internet service and freedom to bill conscious low-end subscribers to enjoy unlimited downloads and uploads at limited price.
All new prepaid Unlimited Broadband Plans comes with a Rent free MTNL Wire-line (without Outgoing call facility) at one time registration charges of Rs. 800 for Non MTNL Landline subscribers while Rs. 300 will be applicable for exiting MTNL landline subscriber to opt the prepaid broadband service. 

There is no additional charges or monthly rent for land line or modem for using the MTNL Prepaid Broadband.This unique service, affordable plans with would give MTNL clients the flexibility to instantly customize their broadband subscription plans with Unlimited Downloads and Uploads, based on their self-estimated bandwidth usage.
Terms & Conditions  
  • Booking for pre-paid Internet connection can be done at Sanchar Haat, through Distributors/DSA and at 1500/22221500.
  • Data down load speed in the plan is up to MTNL ISP only.
  • Connection will be provided subject to technical feasibility.
  • Registration, installation and non refundable modem security charges will be taken at the time of booking.
  • Customer account will be created with complimentary balance of 50 MB with validity of  7 days from the date of creation.
  • No grace period will be allowed.
  • Customer will be provided telephone connection without outgoing facility.
  • After the expiry of validity period connection will be suspended till customer recharges his account.
    Recharge date will be counted as day 1 for validity period.
  • If customer does not recharges his account for 30 days after the expiry of validity period his account will be put under permanent suspension.
  • If a customer wants to recharge his account after permanent suspension, Rs. 100/- will charge as activation fee.
  • If customer does not recharges his account for 60 days after the expiry of validity period his account will be closed permanently.
  • After permanent closer of account, customer has to pay registration & installation charges again at Sanchar Haat.
    Modem will be issued by area only if it has been recovered.
  • MRP includes modem services charges, administrative charges, services charges and license fee.
  • This service will be provided on Huawei and Alcatel broadband network only.
